The short version

The Alifly app collects nothing about you or your child. Lessons, progress and settings are stored on your device. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and the app contains no third-party code that does.

The Alifly app

What stays on your device: your child's first name or nickname, the lessons completed, streak, daily goal, reminder time, language and sound settings.
What we do not collect: email address, date of birth, photos, voice recordings, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your phone. Nothing is sent to a server.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether a subscription is active. Apple's own privacy policy applies to that part.
Deleting the app deletes the data. Because nothing is held on our side, we cannot recover it.

This website

Email list (parents page): if you ask to be told when the app launches, we store your email address and the age of your child that you choose. We use them only to tell you about the launch and about Alifly, we do not share them with anyone, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Nursery enquiries: the centre name, email address and number of children you enter are used only to reply to you.
Form entries are received through our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes them for us.
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Children

The app is for children aged 3 to 6 and is used by a parent or guardian, who holds any purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The website is for adults.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw from the email list at any time. Write to admin@arabicmasterymethod.com. We handle personal data in line with the UAE's personal data protection law and, where it applies to you, the GDPR or UK GDPR. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

How long we keep it

Email-list and enquiry details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for as long as a business conversation with your centre continues.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above, and tell list members if the change matters.
